Each cabin offers astonishing views from the bay into the vast expanse of the 4,300 acres Sand Lake. Two 100-foot steel docks are located on either end of the resort for your boating, fishing, and swimming convenience.
Located on the north shore of Sand Lake, Island View is approximately 50 miles northwest of Grand Rapids and boasts one of the best natural sand beaches in the area. Sand Lake exhibits an ample population of Walleye, Perch, Pike, Crappie, Sunfish, and Bass. Sand Lake is one of the more aggressively stocked lakes for Walleye in the state of Minnesota.
